What was the highlight of Hotel Neruda Mendoza
Very dirty hotel. The worst I have ever been. No soap to have a shower. We had to ask for towels. The walls were black. The bed had old sheets with holes. Rest of furniture so old and dirty you didn't want to touch. We slept with clothes, as it was very late at night to change hotel. They don't accept credit card. Noisy. Located on a big road with a school in front.

The location was perfect - it is in the center but also away from the noise from the cars The staffs were quite kind

Staff was friendly and polite, offered to change our room to another room, didn't mind us checking out a bit later and replaced the toilet bin upon request. Good location in city center.
